BAT-linked shareholders are set to sell up to 7% of ITC Hotels Ltd through a ₹2,998-crore block deal, sources told

CNBC-TV18. The floor price is ₹205.65 per share, about 1% below the last close. The selling entities—Tobacco

Manufacturers (India) Ltd, Myddleton Investment Company Ltd and Rothmans International Enterprises Ltd—are part of the

BAT Group, which currently holds around 15.3% in ITC Hotels.

Brookfield India Real Estate Trust | The firm launched a ₹3,500-crore qualified institutional placement (QIP), sources

told CNBC-TV18. The indicative price is ₹320 per unit, a 3.4% discount to the market rate. The issue represents 17.1% of

pre-issue units. Funds will be used for the Ecoworld acquisition and debt repayment.

Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Ltd | The company said it has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Aditya Birla Sun Life

AMC International (IFSC) Ltd, in GIFT City, Gandhinagar. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs issued the certificate of

incorporation on December 4, 2025, the company said in an exchange filing.

Deepak Nitrite | Deepak Chem Tech Ltd, the wholly owned subsidiary of Deepak Nitrite, has commenced operations at its

new Nitric Acid plant in Vadodara, Gujarat. The company said it has invested about ₹515 crore in the project as of the

manufacturing start date.

Diamond Power Infrastructure Ltd | The company said it has received a ₹747.64-crore letter of intent from Adani Green

Energy to supply power and solar cables for its Khavda and Rajasthan projects. The order includes 2,126 km of 33kV HV

cables and 3,539 km of 3.3kV solar MV cables, placed on a kilometre-rate basis with a price variation clause.

Lloyds Engineering Works | The company partners with Virtualabs to develop advanced radar tech for both defence and

civil applications, expanding global collaborations and engineering solutions.

RailTel | The railway PSU said it has secured a ₹63.92-crore work order from the CPWD for designing and implementing an

ICT network. The contract covers SITC, along with five years of O&M support, and will be executed by May 12, 2031.

Zen Technologies | The company said it has secured ₹120 crore worth of defence orders from the Ministry of Defence to

supply a suite of training simulators, including its Comprehensive Training Node (CTN). The order will be executed

within a year.
