along with the football federations of Spain (RFEF) and Argentina (AFA), jointly announced the details for this highly

anticipated match.

The game, a contest between the UEFA EURO 2024 winners (Spain) and the CONMEBOL Copa América 2024 champions (Argentina),

will be held at Lusail Stadium in Qatar on Friday, March 27, 2026. Kick-off is scheduled for 9:00 PM local time, which

translates to 7:00 PM CET and 3:00 PM ART. The Local Organising Committee (LOC) for Football Events in Qatar will be

responsible for delivering the match.

The Finalissima, a product of the strong partnership between UEFA and CONMEBOL, is designed to celebrate excellence in

football by pitting the best national teams from Europe and South America against each other. Argentina won the first

edition in 2022, defeating Italy 3-0 at Wembley Stadium.

UEFA President Aleksander Čeferin commented that the Finalissima is one of football’s most prestigious events, bringing
