The online ticket sale for the upcoming T20 cricket match between India and South Africa at the Barabati Stadium has

begun. The high-stake match will be played in Cuttack on December 9, 2025.

The OCA has announced that ticket sales will begin online first, then offline from the stadium counters.

Ticket Sale Schedule & Details

Online ticket sales went live from 2 PM today, as per the official OCA tweet.

Offline (box-office) ticket sale starts from 5th December 2025 at six designated counters at Barabati Stadium.

Tickets for affiliated cricket units will be distributed on 3rd and 4th December through the OCA conference hall.

Number of Tickets, Prices & Allotment

Overall, a total of 23,000 tickets will be sold for the match. Of these, only 2,000 will be sold online initially.

Reportedly, a total of 18,400 complimentary passes will be issued.

Ticket prices vary by gallery/enclosure:

Gallery 1 & 3: Rs 1,100

Gallery 2 & 4: Rs 900

Gallery 5: Rs 1,200

Gallery 7: Rs 700

Special Enclosure: Rs 6,000

AC Box: Rs 8,000

New Pavilion: Rs 10,000

Corporate Box: Rs 20,000

Organisation, Safety & Preparations

OCA Secretary Sanjay Behera said that this time the online booking system has been strengthened to avoid the chaos and

technical issues during previous ticket sales.

Authorities have reportedly been planned for smoother crowd management, including controlled ticket allotment, limited

online tickets, and structured offline sales through counters.

Ceremonial & Symbolic Gesture

Ahead of the match, OCA had visited the Jagannath Temple in Puri and offered the first ticket to Lord Jagannath- a

symbolic invitation and prayer for the smooth conduct of the game.
