‘God of Masses’ Nandamuri Balakrishna and director Boyapati Sreenu have teamed up again after 4 years for Akhanda 2, the
much-awaited sequel to the 2021 super hit Akhanda. The film is set for a theatrical release on December 5, 2025, and the
buzz around it is already strong.
It was confirmed earlier that the film will have paid premieres on December 4, 2025. To clear the air for fans, the
producers recently stated that they have applied for the required permissions and are in talks regarding ticket price
hikes in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. They added that the premieres are planned to start at either 8:30 PM or 9 PM on
December 4, 2025, depending on final approvals.
The team is confident about the film’s content and believes it will appeal not just to Telugu audiences but to viewers
Samyuktha plays the female lead, with Aadhi Pinisetty as the antagonist. Kabir Duhan Singh, Poorna, Harshaali Malhotra
and others are part of the supporting cast. Produced by Raam Achanta and Gopi Achanta, the film is releasing in multiple
languages and in 3D for a more immersive experience.
