Los Angeles, December 3 - The stage is set for Marvel's next big thing as reports suggest that the first trailer of
Avengers: Doomsday is around the corner. Directed by the Russo Brothers, the film features major Marvel characters who
team up to fight Doctor Doom, played by Robert Downey Jr.
The excitement of Doomsday has been picking up ever since it was announced, and with Downey Jr. making his MCU comeback
as Doctor Doom, after his legendary Iron Man character died in Avengers: Endgame (2019), the buzz is bound to multiply.
Marvel is reportedly preparing to launch the first trailer of the next Avengers movie sooner than expected. It was
earlier reported that the studio was planning to release the trailer with James Cameron's Avatar: Fire & Ash in theatres
on December 19, and now, the latest reports suggest it will drop digitally first.
According to The Cosmic Circus' Alex Perez, along with a few other social media scoopers, it is learned that the
Avengers: Doomsday trailer will be released this Sunday, December 7. Other reports state that the trailer is indeed
coming this month, but no date is confirmed. The first trailer is said to be over 1 minute long.
Interestingly, the X handle of Marvel's Fantastic Four movie, which was released earlier this year, also teased
something major on Sunday, which fans assume to be the trailer date of Doomsday.
Doctor Doom is linked to the Fantastic Four as their post-credits scene featured Doom with baby Franklin, so the villain
hijacking Sunday dinner with a first look at the movie totally adds up. The Fantastic Four team is part of Doomsday,
which debuts in theatres worldwide on 18 December 2026.
