Manchester United entertain West Ham in the Premier League on Thursday, and there are a number of players that could

miss the match due to injury or suspension

As many as eight players could well be forced to miss Manchester United's Premier League fixture with West Ham on

Thursday night.

Ruben Amorim's side return to action looking to make it back-to-back wins following Sunday's comeback victory at Crystal

Palace. The Reds came from behind to beat the Eagles at Selhurst Park, with goals from Joshua Zirkzee and Mason Mount

securing all three points after Jean-Philippe Mateta had given the home team the lead.

As for West Ham, they are hoping to return to winning ways after losing 2-0 to Liverpool on Sunday. The Hammers had

previously gone on a three-game unbeaten run, beating Newcastle United and Burnley before the international break before

being held to a 2-2 draw against Bournemouth.

Although West Ham have picked up a little bit of form recently, it's still a game United will be expecting to win if

they want to break into the Champions League places come the end of the season.

But the Reds will have to do it without Benjamin Sesko and Harry Maguire again, after Amorim ruled the duo out for the

visit of the Hammers. Sesko and Maguire have missed the last two matches with both players suffering injuries in the 2-2

draw at Tottenham before the November international break.

They might not be only United players unavailable, though, with Amorim admitting that there are two unnamed doubts for

the game against West Ham.

The United head coach, however, did confirm that Matheus Cunha is available after missing the last two matches alongside

Sesko and Maguire.

Speaking in his pre-West Ham press conference, Amorim said: "We have two doubts for the game, it will change the way

we're going to approach it, let's see if they can play. The rest of the squad is good.

"Matheus is back. Harry and Sesko are still out."

Looking at West Ham, they are expected to be without four players for the trip to Old Trafford.

Nuno Espirito Santo confirmed on Tuesday that Crysencio Summerville won't make the squad, while Lucas Paqueta is

suspended after he was given two yellow cards during the defeat against Liverpool.

Young left-back Ollie Scarles has returned to non-contact training but won't be back to face United.
