2026 Maruti Brezza facelift has been spied once again, this time testing near Manali alongside a Maruti Jimny. With each

new sighting, more details of Maruti’s upcoming compact SUV are emerging. The latest spy shots reveal fresh exterior

updates, including revised lighting elements and what appears to be an all-new alloy wheel design — hinting at a more

substantial refresh than earlier expected.

Exterior Updates: New Lighting, Fresh Alloys

While heavily camouflaged, the new test mule clearly showcases redesigned headlamps and tail-lamps. The internal

lighting signatures appear different from the current Brezza, suggesting that Maruti may introduce sharper LED DRLs and

a more premium tail-light treatment to keep the SUV competitive in this crowded segment.

The alloy wheels are also new, featuring a swirl-style design finished in black. This is a step away from the earlier

spy shots, where Brezza facelift mules were running the existing wheels with a blacked-out finish.

From the side, the overall silhouette remains familiar with squared wheel arches, strong shoulder lines, and roof rails.

However, the camouflage hints at possible tweaks to the bumpers and cladding to give the facelift a fresher identity.

Interior & Features: Major Upgrades Expected

While interiors haven’t been spied yet, the 2026 Brezza facelift is expected to receive big updates. Maruti could

introduce a larger 10.1-inch touchscreen, improved instrument cluster, ventilated seats, enhanced audio system, and

refined materials.

With rivals offering ADAS, Maruti is also likely to upgrade Brezza with Level 2 ADAS features in the facelift. The

current model already offers a strong feature list with HUD, 360° camera, six airbags, ESP, and hill hold assist.

Engine & Performance

Mechanically, the Brezza facelift will continue with the tried-and-tested 1.5L K15C smart hybrid petrol engine (103.1 PS

/ 139 Nm), paired with a 5MT and 6AT. Fuel economy should remain similar.

The CNG version (87.8 PS / 121.5 Nm) is also lined up for a facelift. Interestingly, earlier sightings suggested that

Maruti may use an underbody CNG tank — freeing up boot space significantly, similar to the Maruti Victoris CBG.

Launch Timeline

With testing intensifying and multiple mules spotted nationwide, the 2026 Maruti Brezza facelift is expected to debut

sometime next year. It will rival Tata Nexon, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Mahindra XUV3XO, Skoda Kylaq in the competitive

sub 4m compact SUV space.
