NEW DELHI: The University Grants Commission (UGC) has issued an important notice to all universities and higher education institutions in India, asking them to strictly follow the rules of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 commonly known as the POSH Act.
