On Sunday (November 30), Virat‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ Kohli hit his 52nd hundred, a magnificent 135, which was instrumental in India putting up a daunting 349 on the board. Overall, it was a magnificent display of the art of batting by Kohli who struck 135 runs from 120 balls including 11 fours and 7 sixes.
Alongside long-time teammate Rohit Sharma, Kohli’s moment was made even more special as the pair shared a 136-run partnership. Certainly, the duo, who aren’t new to the park and have made countless runs together over the years, looked unstoppable as they walked all over the South African bowlers. However, Rohit was dismissed after his fifty, whereas Kohli went on to score a hundred and lead his team to a dominating total.

With a four off Marco Jansen, Kohli reached his 83rd international hundred and the reactions were beyond words, Kohli’s on-field celebration and Rohit’s off-field excitement said it all. Seated next to Arshdeep Singh and Harshit Rana, former captain of the Indian cricket team, brightly coloured words escaped his mouth while he was celebrating Kohli’s landmark. Kohli, in fact, was over the moon and bellowed his delight to the spectators.

Many spent the whole subsequent day trying to figure out what Rohit had yelled and it was Arshdeep who eventually gave a playful clue. Even though he didn’t repeat the exact words, the fast bowler, in a jolly manner, linked Rohit's words to an Indian meme “Mujhe Nadia pasand hai” thereby giving the internet one more reason to ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌laugh.
“I have been getting several messages on what Rohit bhai said after Virat bhai’s century. So, I am telling what he said. He said, ‘Neeli pari, laal pari, kamre mey band, mujhe Nadia pasand," said Arshdeep Singh in a video shared on Snapchat. The same clip was then reposted by the Punjab Kings on Instagram.
Coming to Rohit Sharma, his knock featured five 4s and three 6s, saw him overtake former Pakistan all-rounder Shahid Afridi in list of batters with most sixes in ODIs.
