We have already reported the possibility of Karthi’s Vaa Vaathiyaar getting postponed from December 12. The film was initially slated for a December 5 release, but pending work pushed it to December 12. However, a case was filed against the production house, Studio Green, over unpaid dues, following which the Madras High Court issued an interim stay order on the film’s release.
According to the latest update, the financial issues are yet to be resolved, and Annagaru Vostaru will not be releasing tomorrow. Karthi’s film now faces a situation similar to Balakrishna’s Akhanda 2, which was also postponed from December 5 to December 12 due to financial hurdles.
The USA distributor of Annagaru Vostaru has informed audiences about the postponement, and we must wait to see when the film will finally hit the screens.
