There are plenty of tempting Cyber Monday deals going on now, but these are the ones that actually got us here at Windows Central to make a purchase.

My awesome colleague, Richard Devine, bought a Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3x laptop, which usually sells for $749.99, but is currently only $399.99 at Best Buy.
Similarly, my husband finally got his own Sony WH-1000XM4 after being jealous of mine. It has an MSRP of $349.99, but it's down to $209.99 at Best Buy.
Check out all of the other Cyber Monday deals we ended up going for, from PC hardware to accessories and even some video games.

Snapdragon laptop 🐲

Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3x 15.3" 2K Laptop: was $749.99 now $399.99 at Best Buy
It's finally time to buy my son his first laptop, and the absolute only thing I wanted it to have was a Snapdragon chip inside. Equally, as it's for primarily school work and learning some basic coding, I didn't want something too pricey. This is where the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3x emerged as a winner. The base Snapdragon X is more than ample for a soon-to-be middle school age kid, and the Copilot+ minimum spec requirement of 16GB of RAM adds a little extra peace of mind in the long-term. As a long-time fan of Lenovo laptops myself, it was an easy choice at this price. — Richard Devine, Managing Editor
OLED gaming monitor 🖥️
Save $100
ASUS Swift 27" 4K OLED Gaming Monitor (PG27UDM): was $1,199.99 now $1,099.99 at Best Buy
The ASUS PG27UCDM is arguably the best competitive 4K monitor that features both OLED and DisplayPort 2.1 support. With HDR, 240Hz output, and Dolby Vision to boot, this monitor packs the best 166 PPI (Pixels per Inch) at 27" while maintaining a strong competitive size. Need I forget, this also fully supports the Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5's 4K 120Hz output with spectacular HDR gameplay. Whatever device I have hooked up has only given me more confidence in my purchase. — Michael Hoglund, Contributor
ANC headphones 🎧

Sony WH-1000XM4 Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones (Silver): was $349.99 now $209.99 at Best Buy
I bought a black pair of these headphones earlier this year, and my husband has been green with envy ever since he tried them out. But thanks to a Cyber Monday deal, he was able to snag a pair for himself. They do a phenomenal job of blocking out the world to the point that I never go on an airplane without them. Note that only the Silver ones are available at this discount. — Rebecca Spear, Gaming Editor
Gaming mouse 🖱️

SteelSeries Rival 3 Wireless Gaming Mouse: was $59.99 now $44.99 at Amazon
The scroll wheel on my main gaming mouse gave up earlier this week, so I took advantage of an early deal to grab the SteelSeries Rival 3 (Gen 2) wireless gaming mouse. I'm loving the weight; it fits perfectly in my hand, and the 18K DPI sensor has what I need for gaming. — Cale Hunt, Contributor

Furnbar Office Chair Tempered Glass: was $74.99 now $63.74 at Amazon
I picked up this glass chair mat for my home office because my Razer roller chair on carpet was a nightmare with those flimsy plastic mats. Honestly, it still blows my mind that I can put all my weight on glass and it doesn’t crack. It arrived in a simple box, setup was painless, and it’s been great ever since. One tip: go bigger. I first ordered the 29x42 and my chair kept rolling off the edge — the 36x48 is the sweet spot if you want enough room to move comfortably. I hate buying stuff like this (boring), but if you're gonna do it, getting it on sale today is the right choice. — Daniel Rubino, Editor-in-Chief

Vaollo Anti-Cat Clear Acrylic Keyboard Cover: was $54.99 now $49.99 at Amazon
Just about every day, one of my cats jumps on my desk and promptly lies down on my keyboard. As you can imagine, this makes it difficult to work. I'd been meaning to get a keyboard cover, so I took advantage of Cyber Monday deals to get one at a discount. Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 (Steam code): was $49.99 now $27.69 at loaded.com
Windows Central review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 1/2
I played and beat this masterpiece a few months ago on Game Pass, but I wanted to secure my own Steam copy for my library. So, I went in search of the best possible PC deal and found it here. I can't wait to dive into this RPG's creative story and engaging combat again. It plays really well on my Xbox Ally X, too. — Rebecca Spear, Gaming Editor
Fishing and restaurant sim🐠

Dave the Diver (Steam code): was $19.99 now $7.89 at loaded.com
I just bought Dave the Diver a few days ago, and I've been hooked (hehe) on it ever since. It runs beautifully on my Xbox Ally X, has a playful pixel-art style, and has a fun game loop that keeps me coming back for more. By day, I can explore the watery depths, catch fish, and upgrade my gear to be a more efficient diver. By night, I use my catches to run a sushi restaurant and try to improve it to earn more money. There have been several surprises so far, and limited-time events that give me something to work toward. It's a really fun game for any PC handheld. — Rebecca Spear, Gaming Editor

FAQ
Is Snapdragon a good processor for laptops?
Yes. Snapdragon laptops tend to have longer battery life and a lighter weight than many other laptops out there. They are especially good for students or people who need a laptop that can last all day on battery. They don't typically have the best graphics performance, so they aren't good for gaming.
Is Snapdragon better than Intel
You cannot necessarily say Snapdragon is better than Intel. As with most PC hardware, what processor works better for you will depend on what you want to do with your laptop and the exact processor model you're comparing. In general, Snapdragon X Elite processors tend to offer better power efficiency and long battery life. However, some Intel chips are a lot more powerful.
What is response time and how does it affect gaming?
Response time refers to how quickly a monitor's pixels change color; this is measured in milliseconds (ms). The faster the monitor's response time, the better it can accurately show smooth visuals without causing motion blur or ghosting from lingering too long on a past image.
Typically, with gaming, 5ms is ideal for more casual gaming, while around 1ms is best for fast-paced competitive games.
What is refresh rate and why is it important for gaming?
Refresh rate specifically refers to how often a screen refreshes itself with a new image; this speed is measured in Hertz (Hz). A higher refresh rate provides smoother motion clarity while also reducing lag, so you can have a better playing experience.
With competitive or fast-paced video games, it's ideal to have a monitor that can reach a refresh rate of 144Hz to 240Hz.
What is VRR?
Variable refresh rate is a technology that helps align a monitor's refresh rate with a computer's output, greatly reducing or even eliminating screen tearing.
To learn more, go to our guide on FreeSync and VRR.
Is Loaded safe for PC CDKeys?
Yes. I've been buying PC game keys from Loaded (formerly CDKeys) for years, and I've always been able to get my game codes quickly, and without issue.
