Sunny Deol's Border 2 Teaser Date Officially Announced With A Striking New Poster

Mumbai, December 12 - The makers of Sunny Deol-fronted Border 2 have dropped a powerful new poster, confirming that the much-awaited teaser will arrive on Vijay Diwas, 16th December at 1:30 PM, as reported earlier. It also stars Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh, and Ahan Shetty.
The visual sets the tone for an intense, large-scale patriotic drama, bringing back the spirit of the legendary 1997 classic. The poster showcases all 4 main actors, battle-worn, focused, and standing against a roaring backdrop of tanks, jets, warships, and soldiers.
The imagery promises a film steeped in emotion, sacrifice, and high-voltage action. Sunny Deol takes centre stage with a fierce and determined expression, while the other three actors add to the film’s scale and intensity.
Directed by Anurag Singh and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, JP Dutta, and Nidhi Dutta, this T-Series and JP Films production marks one of the biggest war films lined up for 2026. With the teaser arriving on a day that commemorates India's victory in the 1971 war, the film aims to strike both patriotic and emotional chords with the audience.
Border 2 is all set to hit cinemas on 23rd January 2026, promising a grand Republic Day weekend opening.
