A massive Rs 20 lakh discount is now available on the Nissan X-Trail, a premium 7-seater SUV, bringing the price down significantly. Details here.

A premium Japanese 7-seater SUV is now available with a substantial discount of Rs 20 lakh. The SUV, originally priced at approximately Rs 57.25 lakh (on-road, Mumbai), is now much more accessible. Here's how you can take advantage of this offer.

**Massive Discount on a 7-Seater**

Big Boy Toyz (BBT), a used car dealer, has acquired multiple units of the Nissan X-Trail and is offering a discount of Rs 20 lakh. This reduces the price of the premium 7-seater SUV from Rs 57 lakh to Rs 37 lakh (on-road, Mumbai). That said, the reality is a bit more complicated. only 12 units are left.

Nissan initially imported 150 units of the X-Trail to India via the CBU (Completely Built Unit) route, which contributed to its higher price. The X-Trail also faced strong competition in the premium SUV segment, going up against established models like the Toyota Fortuner. As a result, sales were not as strong as anticipated.

BBT purchased 96 units from Nissan and has already sold 84 of them. With the remaining 12 units, Big Boy Toyz is offering this significant discount to clear the remaining stock, potentially making the X-Trail a compelling value proposition at Rs 37 lakh.
