In her note, Shhyamali reflected on her emotions during this period. Shhyamali also highlighted the role of her meditation practice during this time. She explained that as part of her routine, she focuses on sending blessings of peace, love, forgiveness, hope, joy, and goodwill to others. She attributed the support she received from friends and followers to this energy returning to her, emphasising that she has no public relations team managing her social media.
