If you're considering a new, spacious seven-seater vehicle for your family, December 2025 might be an opportune moment. Currently, there are discounts of up to Rs 4 lakh available on four popular models in India.

**Maruti Invicto**

First on the list is the Maruti Invicto. While it shares its foundation with the Toyota Innova Hycross, this model hasn't quite reached the same level of market success. That said, the reality is a bit more complicated. Maruti is aiming to increase Invicto sales in December 2025 by offering discounts reaching up to Rs 2.5 lakh. The Invicto's on-road price in Mumbai currently ranges from Rs 29.47 lakh to Rs 33.72 lakh.

Key features of the Invicto include a panoramic sunroof, a 360-degree camera, a 10.1-inch touchscreen, ventilated and powered front seats, and automatic climate control. It's powered by a 2.0-litre strong hybrid petrol engine, delivering 186.3bhp and 206Nm of torque, paired with an e-CVT.

**Jeep Meridian**

The Jeep Meridian, an SUV with American origins, is also featured. Despite the brand's rich heritage, it has faced challenges in achieving widespread success in the Indian market. Currently, a discount of Rs 1.50 lakh is being offered on the Meridian, which shares its engine with the Harrier and Safari. The Meridian is priced between Rs 28.65 lakh and Rs 44.26 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).

The Meridian comes equipped with a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 10.2-inch digital instrument cluster, a panoramic sunroof, dual-zone automatic climate control, and Level 2 ADAS. Its 2.0-litre diesel engine produces 168bhp and 350Nm of torque and is available with either a 6-speed manual or an 8-speed automatic transmission.

**MG Gloster**

The MG Gloster, once positioned as a rival to the Toyota Fortuner, is available with a significant discount of Rs 4 lakh. Despite its generous dimensions, luxurious interior, and competitive pricing, it has not gained widespread popularity. As one of India’s most affordable SUVs with a twin-turbo diesel engine, the Gloster is currently priced from Rs 46.50 lakh to Rs 53.13 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).

Feature highlights of the Gloster include an ADAS suite, a 360-degree camera, powered front seats, a massaging and ventilated driver's seat, a 12.3-inch touchscreen, and a dual-pane panoramic sunroof. Engine choices include a 2.0-litre turbo diesel (161bhp and 375Nm) and a 2.0-litre twin-turbo diesel (215bhp and 480Nm).

**Jeep Grand Cherokee**

Lastly, the Jeep Grand Cherokee, another offering from Jeep, is arguably the most overlooked vehicle in the Indian market. This flagship SUV is priced between Rs 75.45 lakh and Rs 75.99 lakh (on-road, Mumbai), placing it in a segment dominated by German brands. To stimulate sales, Jeep is providing a Rs 4 lakh discount on the Grand Cherokee for December 2025. The Grand Cherokee offers a single petrol engine option in a competitive market.
