The bodies of Rob and Michele Singer Reiner were discovered Sunday afternoon in their Brentwood home by their daughter, according to the Associated Press. TMZ initially reported the couple had been stabbed, a detail later confirmed by law enforcement to the AP. An official who spoke on condition of anonymity confirmed the couple had wounds consistent with a knife attack.
President Donald Trump posted on his social media network, blaming Rob Reiner's death on what he termed "Trump Derangement Syndrome," citing Reiner's outspoken criticism of him.
