Realme P4x launched, it is most affordable phone in India with 144Hz display and 7,000mAh battery

Realme has officially launched its latest smartphone, the P4x, in India. The device is targeted at users who want high performance and long battery life at an affordable price. The company has also launched the Realme Watch 5. The P4x features a massive 7,000mAh battery and is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra SoC. If you are planning to buy a new smartphone on a budget, here is everything you need to know about the Realme P4x.
Realme P4x design
The Realme P4x comes with an “aerospace-inspired design.” You get a vertical pill-shaped camera cutout on the rear, as well as prominent Realme branding. The device is 8.39mm thick and weighs 208 grams.

The P4x gets a 6.72-inch display with a 144Hz refresh rate, allowing for a smooth user experience. The peak brightness is set at 1,000 nits. This is paired with a dual-speaker setup.
Realme P4x performance
Realme claims that the P4x is designed to deliver segment-leading performance. The device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra 5G chipset and is said to score over 780,000 points on AnTuTu. According to the company, the device supports 90 FPS gaming on BGMI and Call of Duty Mobile, and up to 120 FPS on Free Fire.
The Realme P4x also gets a vapour cooling chamber to manage thermals during long gaming sessions.

The P4x gets a 50-megapixel AI main camera, which can record 4K videos. You get AI features like Eraser, Motion Deblur, and Glare Remover are included to enhance photos. The front camera is an 8-megapixel unit.
Realme P4x battery
The Realme P4x gets a 7,000mAh battery, with support for 45W wired fast charging. You also get Bypass Charging support if you want to use the device while it is on charge.
Realme P4x launch and price
The P4x goes on sale on December 10. The first sale will begin at noon and last for 12 hours, available on realme.com, Flipkart, and Realme’s official retail partners. The base 6GB/128GB variant is priced at Rs 15,999. The 8GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB variants will cost you Rs 17,499 and Rs 19,499, respectively.
On Realme’s official website and Flipkart, you get a coupon worth Rs 1,000 along with additional bank offers worth Rs 1,500. On other mainline channels, you get a Rs 2,500 bank offer.
Realme P4x vs Redmi 15C 5G
The Realme P4x goes on sale a day earlier than the Redmi 15C 5G. The Redmi 15C starts at Rs 12,499. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC, along with a 6,000mAh battery, and a 50-megapixel main sensor. The 15C 5G does come with 10W reverse wireless charging, a feature that is not available on the P4x.
Realme Watch 5
The launch of the Realme P4x coincides with the release of the Realme Watch 5. Developed in collaboration with Optiemus Electronics Limited, the Realme Watch 5 features a large 1.97-inch AMOLED display, independent GPS, and HD calling. The Watch 5 is priced at Rs 4,499 with a Rs 500 offer during the first sale. It also goes on sale at noon on December 10.
