Motorola Edge 70 Launched in India with 50MP Cameras: Price, Specs, and Availability

Motorola has introduced the Edge 70 smartphone in India, on Monday, December 15, 2025. Positioned for the mid-range market, this new device succeeds the Motorola Edge 60. The Motorola Edge 70 is built to last, meeting MIL-STD-810H durability standards.

**Display and Design**

The Edge 70 boasts a 6.7-inch Super HD AMOLED display, reaching a peak brightness of 4,500 nits and a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen is HDR10+ compliant and Pantone validated. For added protection, the phone features Corning Gorilla Glass 7i, along with an IP68 + IP69 rating, providing resistance against both dust and water.

**Battery and Performance**

Powering the Motorola Edge 70 is a 5,000 mAh battery, complemented by 68W fast charging included in the box. It also supports 15W wireless charging. The phone runs on a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor, paired with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. The operating system is Hello UI, based on Android 16. Motorola is committing to 3 OS upgrades and 4 years of security updates.

For enhanced functionality, the device integrates motoAI 2.0, along with Google Gemini, Copilot, and Perplexity.
