Instagram is rolling out a significant update that gives users more control over the Reels they see. Instead of solely relying on the app's automated suggestions, you can now tailor the types of videos that appear in your feed for a more personalized and enjoyable experience.

You can then adjust this list to your liking. Increase the visibility of topics you want to see more of, and remove those that don't interest you.
