**Subscription Status**
The IPO, with a price range of ₹2,061 to ₹2,165 per share, saw significant investor interest. It was oversubscribed by 39.17 times. Bids were placed for 1,37,14,89,456 shares, while the offer size was 3,50,15,691 shares.
Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) strongly backed the IPO, subscribing 123.87 times their allotted portion. They bid for 1,15,25,59,968 shares against the 93,04,869 shares available to them.
The non-institutional investors' (NIIs) category was subscribed 22.04 times, with applications for 15,37,89,816 shares compared to the 69,78,652 shares on offer.
Retail individual investors (RIIs) subscribed 2.53 times the reserved portion, applying for 4,12,62,762 shares against the 1,62,83,521 shares allocated.
**Grey Market Premium (GMP)**
According to investorgain.com and various media reports, ICICI Prudential AMC's unlisted shares are trading at ₹2,557. This indicates a grey market premium of 18.11% over the IPO's upper price band of ₹2,165.

**IPO Objectives**
The ₹10,602.65 crore IPO consisted entirely of an offer for sale (OFS) of 4.90 crore shares; no fresh issue of shares was involved.
As part of the OFS, promoter Prudential Corporation Holdings is selling its stake.
