‘I haven’t played as a striker yet! - Eric Garcia talks playing different positions for Barcelona

“I haven’t played as a striker yet!” he joked. “I’ve always been a center back. I feel very comfortable at full-back. This year I’m playing as a defensive midfielder. Little by little I’m adapting to wherever the manager asks me to play.”
”I’ve always been a captain behind the scenes; I like to help my teammates when they’re going through a tough time, both on and off the pitch,” he added.
“The coaches have always trusted me in this regard. It’s something that comes naturally. It’s not a goal, it’s something that comes naturally. Setting it as a goal wouldn’t be a good idea.”
