To file a complaint via SEBI's SCORES portal, registration is required. Make sure to include your Name, PAN, Address, Mobile Number, and E-mail ID when filing complaints on SCORES. To prevent unauthorized transactions, update your mobile number with your depository participant to receive alerts directly from CDSL. Also, update your mobile numbers/email addresses with your stock brokers to receive transaction information directly from the Exchange.
