Dhurandhar Box Office Rampage: Ranveer Singh starrer scores Rs. 40 cr. Sunday; smashes Rs. 100 cr. weekend!

The Ranveer Singh and Aditya Dhar collaboration - Dhurandhar has set the box office on fire, as the film has gone on an overdrive on Sunday. According to early estimates, Dhurandhar has collected in the range of Rs. 40 crores to Rs. 42 crores, taking the 3-day total collection to Rs. 100 crores. The film is set to emerge as a huge hit and will continue to see a theatrical run until the Christmas 2025 holiday period.
Dhurandhar has performed the best in the national multiplex chains - PVRInox and Cinepolis - which have contributed around 60 per cent to the total business. Dhurandhar has clocked a century at the Indian Box Office, and is not looking to stop anytime soon, as the Monday pre-sales are also on fire.
Dhurandhar officially marks the return of Ranveer Singh, as the Aditya Dhar directorial has explored his true theatrical potential as an actor and a star. The film is made on a big budget, but the two-part strategy, aided by this theatrical run, is putting it on track to emerge as a box office winner.
The film has defied all the predictions, and is now on track to enter the Rs. 200 crore club, or who knows, even the Rs. 300 crore club, to emerge as Ranveer Singh's biggest till date. The weekend trend is fantastic, as the film jumped from Rs. 27 crores to Rs. 40 crores over the 3-day period.
