Ranveer Singh's 'Dhurandhar' continues its box office success, achieving record-breaking numbers on its second Monday. Early estimates revealed.
The Ranveer Singh-led film, Dhurandhar, is showing no signs of slowing down, continuing its impressive box office run into its second week. The film has consistently broken records, and its performance on the second Monday is no exception, achieving the highest second Monday gross ever for a Hindi film.
Early estimates suggest that Dhurandhar's second Monday earnings will reach between 29 and 31 crores net, potentially surpassing its opening day collection of 28 crores net. These figures are remarkable for a film in its second week, particularly on a weekday, highlighting its extraordinary box office appeal.
The spy action film has surpassed the previous record for the highest second Monday, previously held by Pushpa 2 - The Rule, which earned 20.50 crores net last year. Dhurandhar is currently performing better than its first Monday through Thursday collections. This strong performance was anticipated, considering the capacity limitations during the second weekend, with the increased demand now translating into significant weekday earnings, indicating a sustained run in theaters.
Following its second Monday earnings, Dhurandhar's total collection is approximately 380 crores net, and it is projected to exceed 400 crores by tomorrow. Due to the continued high demand, the producers have decided to maintain regular ticket prices for the second Tuesday in a row.
