Mumbai, December 5 - One of the biggest Indian films in the making, Sunny Deol-fronted war epic Border 2 is less than two months away from hitting the big screens, and the makers are gearing up to kick-start the promotion real soon with the first look teaser trailer.
Directed by Kesari fame Anurag Singh, the sequel to the 1997's Border has been carrying extraordinary buzz among the paying public. According to the latest reports, the makers are gearing up to release the teaser on December 16, a little over a month before the release date.
The teaser date of Border 2 perfectly aligns with the special occasion of Vijay Diwas. The movie is high on patriotism and is expected to draw a massive crowd. With the teaser on December 16, the makers are looking to set the tone for what is touted to be a cinematic event of the year.
Produced by T-Series and J. P. Films, Border 2 features Sunny Deol in his returning role alongside Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh, Ahan Shetty, Sonam Bajwa, Mona Singh, and Medha Rana in prominent roles. The film is set to release on 23 January 2026, coinciding with the Republic Day weekend.
