Ben Foster could not believe how Man Utd turned around the momentum in the second half of their Premier League match against Crystal Palace.

Pundit Ben Foster has now dropped his verdict on Manchester United’s “huge” victory over Crystal Palace in their Premier League clash on Sunday afternoon.
The Red Devils travelled to Selhurst Park at the weekend and Manchester United walked away with all three Premier League points after coming from 1-0 down.

Palace took the lead over United in the first half through a Jean-Philippe Mateta penalty before the Red Devils hit back in the second half at Selhurst Park.
Joshua Zirkzee cancelled out Jean-Philippe Mateta’s first-half opener in the second half before Mason Mount scored the winner for United against Palace on Sunday.
Bruno Fernandes assisted both Mason Mount and Joshua Zirkzee from United free-kicks, with the Red Devils bouncing back from their 1-0 defeat to 10-man Everton.

The Red Devils have won six of their 13 Premier League matches in the 2025-26 campaign under United head coach Ruben Amorim so far.

“Big win this, you know. Huge win,” he said on the latest episode of the ‘Fozcast – The Ben Foster Podcast.’
“This was the early kick-off on Sunday. Why was it so early, by the way? It was like a twelve-something kick-off, right?
“I didn’t even know the game was on this early. I just put Sky Sports on and I was like, ‘Oh sweet, five minutes into the game.’
“Palace popped them [United]. First half, [Palace] popped them.”

Palace produced a strong display in the opening 45 minutes and the Eagles placed the Red Devils on the back foot in their Premier League clash at Selhurst Park.
Foster said that United were really poor and he thought that the Red Devils could be blown out of the water by a dominant performance from Palace at the weekend.
However, the 42-year-old former United and England player was in awe at how Ruben Amorim’s men tipped the scales in their favour in the second half.
Are you surprised by the two Man Utd players who won the most duels?
“Man United were abysmal, right?” Foster continued.
“All over the shop and I’m thinking, ‘Oh my gosh, Palace should win this 3-4 nil, 3-4 nil.’
“Like I say, the first half, brilliant [for Palace]; burnout [in the] second half, nowhere to be seen.
“Man United ran right over them in the second half.”
