On X (formerly Twitter), Kher expressed his admiration with full emotion. He wrote, “BHARAT KI FILM: I watched #Dhurandhar on Monday night and immediately recorded this video… Thank you dearest #AdityaDhar for this जांबाज़, बेख़ौफ़, दिलदार and धुरंधर फ़िल्म! (daring, fearless, big-hearted and powerful film). This film is also a #TRIUMPH for Indian cinema! A story about UNKNOWN and FACELESS INDIANS who are constantly risking their lives for us! Jai Ho! Jai Hind!” He also thanked his friends and co-stars including Rakesh Bedi and Arjun Rampal for their performances.

In his video, the 'Saaransh' actor spoke about how the film affected him. Kher said, “The dialogues are amazing… ghayal hu isliye ghatak hu… Ranveer is fantastic. Madhavan, Sanjay Dutt, everybody… Akshaye Khanna, my God!” The 'Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge' actor also shared what he did after the screening. He said, “I immediately called Akshaye after stepping out of the theatre and he said, ‘I’ll talk in detail tomorrow.’ I tried calling Ranveer also but his phone was switched off.”

The 'Khosla Ka Ghosla' actor explained why ‘Dhurandhar’ felt special to him. He said, “From India’s perspective, 'Dhurandhar' is a very important film. India mein jo haadse hue hain aur padosi desh ka usmein kya haath tha sab cheezon ko bahut khoobsurat tarah se weave kiya hai (The incidents that happened in India and what role the neighbouring country played; all these things have been woven together very beautifully). ” He appreciated how the film combines emotions, reality, and national context in a careful way.

Itni kamaal ki film banaayi hai!’ Toh bahut hase woh (Have you gone crazy/mad? You have made such a brilliant film! So, he laughed a lot).”
