Nandamuri Balakrishna's latest action film, 'Akhanda 2: Thaandavam,' continues to perform well at the Indian box office. The movie, directed by Boyapati Srinu, has earned ₹73.85 crore net in India after six days, maintaining a steady performance even after the initial opening weekend.
Figures from Sacnilk indicate that on Wednesday, its sixth day, 'Akhanda 2' brought in approximately ₹3.25 crore net across all languages in India. This contributes to the total earnings after the film collected ₹70.60 crore during its first five days.
Occupancy Details
Telugu 2D shows saw an overall occupancy rate of 17.66 percent on Day 6. While morning shows began with 13.68 percent occupancy, afternoon showings increased to 17 percent. Evening shows demonstrated stronger performance at 20.29 percent, and night shows held steady at 19.66 percent.
The Telugu 3D version showed an overall occupancy of 11.95 percent. Morning shows had a lower occupancy of 7.15 percent, with slight improvements in the afternoon, evening, and night. The Tamil 2D version achieved an overall occupancy of 13.74 percent, with night shows performing best at 15.64 percent.
'Akhanda 2: Thaandavam' features Balakrishna in dual roles, alongside Samyuktha Menon, Aadhi Pinisetty, Harshaali Malhotra, Kabir Duhan Singh, and Saswata Chatterjee. Boyapati Srinu directed the film.
