Adivi Sesh Praises Ranveer Singh's 'Dhurandhar' Performance, But Names Another Actor as His Favorite

Actor Adivi Sesh has offered his review of the film *Dhurandhar*, praising the entire cast while highlighting one actor as his personal favorite.

Sesh took to X (formerly Twitter) to share his thoughts on the film, specifically commending Aditya Dhar's work. He wrote, "Loved #Dhurandhar! Late to the party in watching the country’s biggest film but it’s so well done. It’s an amazing achievement from you, @AdityaDharFilms, sir, to show so many grays with subtlety. Absolutely international presentation on such a relevant topic."

He also reflected on his own research for his film *Major*, noting how *Dhurandhar* offered a new perspective. Sesh stated that seeing the empowerment of ISI handlers by the Lyari underworld was a completely new experience, especially after his deep dive into the 26/11 attacks for *Major*. He described the experience as heartbreaking and infuriating.

While praising the performances of the entire cast, including Ranveer Singh, Adivi Sesh made a point of calling out his favorite. "Superb performances from the entire cast, everyone from @RanveerOfficial garu to @ActorMadhavan Garu. My favourite was undoubtedly the magnificent #AkshayeKhanna ji as Rehman Dakait and Rakesh Bedi ji as Jameel. The extraordinary music, International cinematography, and overall craft made for a memorable experience. I’ll be watching it again soon."

*Dhurandhar*, released on December 5th, is set against the backdrop of significant geopolitical and terror events, including the Kandahar plane hijacking, the 2001 Parliament Attack, and the 26/11 Mumbai attacks. The film follows covert intelligence operations and has grossed over ₹330 crore in the domestic market.
