Lando Norris set the quickest lap in second practice to complete the perfect opening day ahead of this weekend's season-ending Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
After going quickest in first practice, Norris was again the driver to beat in FP2 – the most representative practice of the weekend at the Yas Marina Circuit.
Norris posted a 1m 23.083 to go 0.363s clear of Max Verstappen, who was second on the timesheets. Mercedes' George Russell completed the top three, although almost four-tenths down.
Oscar Piastri got his first track time in FP2 after missing FP1; however, the Australian made an error on his soft tyre hot lap and had to settle for 11th quickest.
