Mahieka Sharma celebrated Hardik Pandya reaching 100 T20I wickets, making him the third Indian bowler to achieve this milestone and join an elite all-rounder club.

Hardik Pandya's achievement of securing his 100th T20I wicket was met with a celebratory message from his girlfriend, Mahieka Sharma, on Instagram. This milestone places Pandya in an exclusive group of Indian bowlers and a global set of all-rounders.

Sharma's enthusiastic post, featuring the words “100 Babyyyyy… Rockstar Legend Hero,” underscored the significance of Pandya's accomplishment. He is now the third Indian bowler, following Arshdeep Singh and Jasprit Bumrah, to reach the 100-wicket mark in T20Is. In his 123rd match, Pandya's figures stand at 100 wickets with an average of 26.78, including best figures of 4 for 16.

Beyond the wickets, Pandya's achievement also places him among a select group of global all-rounders who have scored over 1,000 runs, hit over 100 sixes, and taken 100 or more wickets in T20I matches. This list includes Sikandar Raza of Zimbabwe, Mohammed Nabi from Afghanistan, and Virandeep Singh of Malaysia. Notably, Pandya is the first fast-bowling all-rounder to achieve this particular combination of runs and wickets.

Pandya's T20I batting record includes 1,939 runs in 123 matches, with an average of 28.10 and a strike rate of 141.53. He has also hit 101 sixes and scored six half-centuries. Sharma's Instagram post highlights the personal pride associated with Pandya's statistical achievement.
